FilterCor, Inc. developed the continuous wound, depth filter element 23 years ago. Because there are no joints, FilterCor's precise winding technique creates a special diamond pattern, unequaled in particle trapping capabilities, which maintains a uniform micron retention throughout the length of the element. FilterCor's continuous wound elements eliminate the problems incurred by segmented elements. such as contaminate by-pass, inconsistent micron retention, flow restriction and reduced filtration area where joints are overwound. FilterCor's continuous wound elements are offered in lengths up to 72 inches and diameters up to 5 inches.
